Will pictures be provided to show the current state of my roof?

Yes. Once contacted, we will:

• Schedule a time for one of our contractors to inspect your roof
• Provide a proposal, with pictures of areas of concern, and discuss how these areas will be addressed.
• Provide a written estimate that outlines the materials to be used, costs, and warranties. Our sales consultant can show you samples of roofing shingles for you to decide on the color and level of protection you desire.

Will the old roof be removed?

Yes, we will completely remove your old roof to ensure that we address all preexisting issues and concerns. It is not recommended to add a new roof over an existing roof, as it weakens the durability of the new system.

How much will it cost?

The answer to this question varies, depending on:

• The decking condition of the roof
• The pitch of the roof
• The current cost of roofing materials

How long will the roof repair or replacement take?

We pride ourselves on being able to meet with the homeowner, to access the issue, within 24 to 48 hours of initial contact. We strive to meet all of our customers’ expectations but are at the liberty of Mother Nature. Will a container be provided for the roof removal?

Yes, we will provide a container to collect discarded roof material. We will the placement of the trailer with you, so it poses limited inconvenience to you and surrounding neighbors.

What is rain-driven water intrusion?

Rain-driven water intrusion typically occurs during storms or on windy days when strong gusts propel rain against old, damaged, or weak roofs. If your roof is not properly protected, then this form of water intrusion can wreak havoc on the structural integrity of the system, potentially causing:
